How long does it take to build a
house?
 In
most cases the it takes three months to build a home.
However,
every situation is unique.
How many homes have you built?

How much money do I need to put
down to get started?
We
require a 5% (nonrefundable) down payment prior to the start
of construction.
Do you have names of previous
customers we can call to ask questions?

What kind of loan do most people
obtain for building a house?
Most
people take out a construction loan. With a construction
loan, the bank will give you a check book to pay the costs
of construction. As you write checks, the loan grows. Upon
completion of construction, the loan is due to the bank. At
this point, most people will refinance the loan with a
mortgage.
Do you do anything other than
build houses?
Yes.
We do commercial devolvement, general contracting,
subcontracting, home additions, remodeling, and more!
Can we use our own sub
contractors for the job?
Some
of our previous customers have used their own people for
plumbing, HVAC, and electoral work.
I want to build a house but have
many questions. Is there someone who can meet me in person
to go over everything with me?
Yes.

I need a lot, do you know of any
good locations?
We
know of many locations where we can recommend building your
next home. In addition, we have a network of real estate
specialists who can assist you with finding and/or buying
a lot.
How long is the warrantee on the
home after it is complete?
We
provide a one year warrantee on the home after its built. If
you have any problems all you have to do its give us a call
and we'll come fix it. |
