2. Find a lot, if you are
building a home (We can
help with this!)
3. Have floor plan or
construction plan drawn. (We can
help with this!)
4. Get approved for
loan if needed.
5. Sign contract and put
5% of total cost down.
6. We will start
construction!

Installment payments can be made during the construction
process.

Payments will be made four intervals during home building
process
-1st payment made when framing is complete
-2nd payment made when drywall is complete
-3rd payment made when trimming is complete
-4th payment made at closing the remaining balance is due
